Craftsbury On Top at TdTC28.Jan.2012 Dylan McGuffin outsprinted current Tour de Twin Cities leader and Team Birkie's Matt Liebsch by a literal inch in the 10km classic mass start to take his first victory of the season, and his first podium at a NorAm. See the picture here! On this sunny saturday morning at Green Acres Rec Area in St. Paul, MN, Craftsbury's green suits paced the field for the most of the race. Patrick O'Brien won the intermediary sprint, adding 15 points to solidy his 2nd place in the Overall Classification. He ultimately finished 8th on the day. Bryan Cook and Tim Reynolds filled in the gaps in 4th and 6th respectively, making it the strongest day yet for Craftsbury at the Tour with all four of their men finishing in the top 8. Maria Stuber came down with a stomach bug on Friday and did not race today. Congratulations to Dylan on his victory! The Tour wraps up tomorrow with what promises to be an exciting 20/15km skate pursuit for men and women. With only 20 seconds separating 1st to 10th, it should be a tight match.
