 Snow will soon be here; masters can get ready with our weekly dryland series.

Masters' Dryland Programming25.Oct.2011 Just a reminder to members that through Monday, November 21, we will have two masters’ clinics or practices per week. Mondays at 3:30 and Wednesday at 5:30. Mondays will be running or ski walking with poles or roller skiing and Wednesdays will be strength in the weight room. Stay tuned for the schedule after we're on snow, though our hopes are to offer a mix of technique clinics and standing training opportunities. Fee: $30 per session, or $100 covers the entire series through March.
